Roman Abramovich, the billion dollar russian, that is in present the owner of the soccer english team Chelsea Londra, gave 100 million EURO for the biggest drilling machine production. With it he wants to build a 100 metres tunnel between Russia and SUA under the Beiring Strait. This will connect the frozen wastes of Chukotka, the Russian region of which Abramovich is governor,with Alaska. Such a tunnel was first mooted a century ago under Tsar Nicholas II but this construction never took place because the Russian revolution started. The officials declared that the tunnel will be ready in ten years and the construction costs will be liquidated by taxing the merchandise that will go through there and thanks to the oil, gas and electricity that will arrive easier to SUA and Canada. The american autorities declared that they never got any permanent plan for this tunnel and denied the discutions between Putin and Washington. When the russians and the americans will fight, the russians will be able to send the army through the tunnel, I`m joking of course. Abromovich is not stupid, he will earn good money with this tunnel.
