At the end of the next week the Turistic Trains Balcanic Company will launch in Romania a new type of car, called Zest, produced by the french company Acrea. This car will can be driven by the 16 years old kids too and the only condition will be that the drivers to have driver licence, categoy A1 and B1. The engine is on gasoline, with two cilindres and it`s propulsed by 21 HP with a highspeed of 110km/h. The price of this car will be 11 900 EURO and the car is exempt from the first matriculation pay because it has the characteristics of the ATV. I don`t think that a 16 years old kid should drive any kind of cars because is dangerous and they are not responseble in this days. Every day are so many accidents and this people are normal I think. Anyway the car is very ugly and the price is too big.
