The Palm Islands and The World from Dubai will have a sister in the Black Sea now. The russians want to build an artificial island, The Federation Island, which will restructure in miniature the chart of the Russian Federation. The island will be on the coast of the Soci town in the Black Sea, where will be the Olympic Winter Games from 2014. The big project will spread on 330 hectars, will cost 6,3 billion $ and will be proiected by the same architects that worked in Dubai. All things will be financed by Allied Business Consultants from Abu-Dhabi and will be exploated in 2013.
This island will represent something new for Russia, a russian Monaco, said the dutch architect Erick Van Egeraat
